Aditi replaces Nithya Menen, who had earlier signed up to play the role in the movie, which is extensively set in Kolkata. Shaheed, who had previously directed the Tamil remake of Traffic, confirms Aditi’s casting
Aditi plays the wife of Kunchacko’s character, who is working for the Kolkata tramway. “At the core of the movie is the relationship of the couple who a hure supportive of each other and their initiatives,” says Shaheed, who has also scripted the movie
The filmmaker is currently in Kolkata for the recce of the film, which is set to go on floors by November 26. The big budget film will be shot in two schedules.
